The textile machinery factory was built in a special historical period. In order to prevent the attack of hostile forces, the builders built air raid shelters. However, for the current era of peace, the air raid shelter has lost its original meaning. Therefore, the designers of TIT have the idea of wine cellar, which not only makes use of resources but also builds new industries.
