    What are the advantages of colored spun yarn and colored viscose fiber in reducing environmental pollution, energy saving and environmental protection?

    As the raw materials used before spinning are dyed by dyeing or raw liquid, spinning and dyeing are usually done after knitted and woven into fabrics, which usually need not be dyed and dyed. It not only shortens the processing procedure but also reduces environmental pollution, which is in line with the requirements of green environmental protection.


    Colored cotton yarn can only be dyed to 35%~40% cotton, and l00% colored cotton yarn can be obtained through blending. The cost of production in the whole industry chain is reduced.

    If the colored chemical fiber obtained from the coloring technology is used as the raw material of color spinning, the production process will be "zero discharge".


    How about the development of colored spun yarn?


    Zheng Jin: colored spun yarn originated in Europe. It was first applied to wool spinning, and then gradually applied in cotton spinning, hemp spinning and other industries.


    The colored spinning industry started late in China, and it is a new branch industry in the textile industry.

    After the introduction of colored spinning products into China, the color spinning industry has developed unusually.

    1984, color spinning is basically blank.

    But after entering the 1990s, color spinning entered a high-speed development stage.

    The production capacity of colored spun yarn increased from about 100 thousand to about 3 million spindles in 2009, and became the leader of the world colored spinning market.

    At present, the production capacity of domestic colored spinning has increased to 6 million spindles.


    Since the spun yarn develops so fast, what are its characteristics and advantages?


    Zheng Jin: the colored spinning yarn is used as raw material to produce products, which is conducive to environmental protection and energy saving production for downstream users.

    From spinning to weaving, the production of colored spun yarn can reduce effluent discharge by nearly 1/3 compared with other processes, and has obvious advantages in saving energy and steam.


    Colored spun yarn is fashionable in color.

    The origin of colored spun yarn is natural color. In the spinning process, the colored yarns with unique color mixing effect are spun after full and homogeneous mixing of different colored fibers.

    Mixed color spinning obtains a unique color through the blending of color fibers, showing the effect of "space mixing". The color is pparent, rich, and has a hierarchical change, which is rich in three-dimensional sense, thus producing the artistic effect people hope.

    The color spun yarn is made of clothing, and its color is implicit and natural. It has a strong sense of obscurity.

    This natural and returning style is in line with the development trend and consumption trend of modern individualized, diversified and fashionable garments.


    Colored spun yarn can achieve multiple raw materials blending, and the products are richer and more competitive.

    The colored spinning process can produce Yarns Blended with cotton, linen, wool, silk, chemical fiber and other raw materials. Combined with the interpretation of popular colors, it can provide a steady stream of innovative products.


    Where is the technological innovation of colored viscose fiber?


    Zheng Jin: using traditional technology to produce 1 tons of dyed or dyed yarns usually consumes 100 tons of water, 500 degrees of electricity and 6 cubic meters of steam. The production process of colored viscose fiber is only 0.2 tons of water and 5 degrees of electricity per ton compared with white viscose fiber, which does not consume steam and does not produce sewage.

    For the production capacity of more than 200 tons of viscose staple fiber in China, the social value and environmental benefits of the process will be immeasurable.


    Its technological innovation is to start dyeing from the source of viscose fiber and produce four kinds of monochromatic viscose staple fibers instead of traditional white viscose staple fibers.

    Then the four kinds of basic color fibers are proportionately combined to produce yarn of various colors in the downstream colored spinning enterprises, and finally weave and make clothes.

    This process removes the traditional dyeing process, which is suitable for both single and stable viscose fiber enterprises with large production volume. It also accords with the production characteristics of downstream colored yarn production enterprises with many varieties and small production capacity.

    Traditionally, there has been a contradiction between the two in terms of color and output.


    Colored viscose fiber has obvious advantages in the market.

    First, energy conservation and emission reduction.

    The coloring process of viscose fiber with "coloring liquid" has low energy consumption and low pollution. It does not consume steam and does not generate waste water.

    Two, low processing cost.

    The average cost of dyeing after dyeing is 7500 yuan / ton, while the coloured viscose rayon coloured viscose is only 4000 yuan / ton higher than that of white viscose fiber.

    Even if we do not calculate the sewage discharge cost and environmental impact, we will make the products of the colored spinning enterprises more competitive and more profitable.


    The three is high color fastness.

    The color fastness of "post dyed" colored fibers was about 3 on average, while the color fastness of colored coloured viscose fibers with original liquor was above 4 grade.


    The four is good spinnability.

    The dyeing strength of "post dyed" colored fibers is large after dyeing, which is not conducive to spinning processing. The coloring viscose fiber of "coloring raw liquid" can maintain the same mechanical properties as ordinary viscose fibers, and has good spinnability.


    Five, the blended fabric has better performance.

    Adding 10%~30% colored cellulosic fiber into pure cotton colored fabric can make fabrics get better handle, hygroscopicity and comfort, and enhance the wrinkle resistance of fabrics.


    What is the positive significance of these two products to the adjustment and structure of Henan textile industry and the solution of homogenization?

    At present, 95% of Henan spinning enterprises are middle and low grade cotton yarn, the homogenization is serious, the competitive power in the market is not strong, and Henan should have a distinct regional product positioning.

    The scale of the colored spinning industry has increased by 10 times in the past 10 years, with an average annual growth rate of 22%~30%.

    Colored spinning is an important direction for future development.


    Fabric production has always been a short board for the development of Henan's textile industry. As an inland province, Henan's development of printing and dyeing industry has deficiencies, lack of water and consideration of environmental impacts, resulting in Henan's impossible development of printing and dyeing capacity.

    The textile industry of Henan must go out of its own way of development, forming a chain of colored viscose viscose spun yarn dyed fabrics, which will be a good choice.
