Beijing Convened Eight Standards For Industrial Textiles Inspection

The textile standard approval of the "sunshade and camping tent fabric" organized by the textile industry association of the standards committee will be held in Beijing on 4~5 September.

More than fifty members, experts and representatives from drafting units attended the meeting.

The approval will cover 8 industrial textiles, including "awning and camping tent fabric", "industrial knitted spacer fabric", "Industrial cotton spunlaced nonwovens", "clean room wipe cloth", "geosynthetic joint joint Wide Strip Tensile Test Method" and so on.

And industry standards have been approved.

At the meeting, Li Lingshen, director of the China Textile Industry Association and the director of the National Textile Standards Committee, the director of the industrial textiles branch, summarized the general situation of the current industrial textiles related standard system construction and the development of this year's industry.

From the conclusion of President Li, we understand that the industrial textile industry association has undertaken research on the standardization system of industrial textiles for the Ministry of industry and commerce, the bid winning Committee and other units, and has participated in the "industrial textiles development research" project of the Chinese Academy of engineering.

President Li pointed out that there are many national standards and standards for industrial textiles in the process of declaration and preparation.

It is believed that with the joint efforts of all parties, the construction of related standards system of industrial textiles can be carried out faster and better.

For the first half of the year's economic performance of the textile industry, Mr Li said that compared with the pressure of the overall economic operation of the textile industry this year, the development of the industrial textile industry can still show a two digit growth; however, the polarization phenomenon is obvious in the development of the industry, and the import and export market of the industrial textiles also has a larger price difference, that is, the price of imported products is much higher than the price of the similar products of the export. Investment in some areas is still increasing, and many domestic and foreign enterprises are actively introducing advanced equipment from abroad.

Faced with this situation, it is both a challenge and an opportunity for enterprises. Technological innovation and R & D of high-end products will be the direction of enterprise development.

To this end, the revision of standards is to adapt to technological innovation and R & D, and the establishment and perfection of the standard system is particularly important, requiring the joint efforts of enterprises and relevant departments.

The deputy director general of the Standards Department of the Ministry of science and technology development of China Federation of textile industry put forward "three views" on the formulation of standards, namely, a look at preparation, including the rate of reply and the preparation of materials in advance; two, looking at the positioning, including the name, scope of application and the promotion and guidance role of the industry; three, looking at coordination, that is to say, what is the relationship between the standards formulated and the current domestic and international standards.

The examination and approval will examine 2 national standards and 6 items.

During the meeting, the experts held a heated discussion on the standard manuscript and drafting unit, as well as the standard drafting group, and put forward many amendments and suggestions.

The 4 criteria were approved.

Through this meeting, it is reminded that the standard drafting unit should correctly grasp the drafting standards in the standard setting process, pay attention to the wide coverage of the test samples, and pay attention to the current domestic standards and accurately quote them.

After the meeting, Fang Xijiang, deputy director of the textile and textile branch of the National Textile Standards Committee, pointed out that the problems arising from this standard examination could be used for reference by relevant standards drafting units, and that similar situations could be avoided in the future standard application and the formulation process, so that the system of quality standards could be built in a higher quality and play a role in guiding enterprises to produce and promote the development of the industry.
