Problems And Solutions In The Process Of Gold Chip Embroidery Debugging

Gold embroidery has unique visual effect. Now many embroidery machines are equipped with gold embroidery machinery. When using it, it is inevitable that there will be trouble.

The core is to make full use of the signal and function test and parameter application provided in the computer system to debug the mechanical parts.

The following is a case study of Mechatronics embroidery machine control, which introduces the debugging and maintenance methods of the mechanical mechanism of the gold embroidery embroidery machine.

1, specific operation

(1) first, setting out the parameters of the chip in the electronic control system.

(2) after the components of the feeding mechanism are installed on the machine head, the action of the solenoid valve that is lifted and lowered by the gold tablet device can be activated by shifting the gold plate embroidery auxiliary operation board installed on the feeding mechanism, and whether the action of the gold tablet device is in place and smoothly, if the operation is not in place or should be retarded, the corresponding (gas and mechanical part) adjustment should be carried out.

(3) when concentrating on manual operation, we choose 3 pieces of operation, namely, the beginning of gold slices, the end of gold slices and the sending of slices into the manual operation interface.

(4) lifting valve and status indicator function

(1) the gold plate assists the operation board to control the switch when the upper part is switched off: the blue light is turned off, the air valve is lifted, and the electronic control signal is not accepted.

2. When the gold plate assists the operation board to control the switch's middle position, the blue light is on, and the normal embroidery is in condition.

3. When the gold plate assists the operation board to control the switch, the blue light flashing valve and the descending gas valve can be sent manually to receive the electronic controlled feeding signal, but the operation of the electronic control valve is not accepted.

2, the gold chip embroidery process often encountered the following problems and solutions.

(1) after setting the working parameters of the gold piece, first debug the gold chip motor manually.

Switch the needle position to the gold chip working needle position, and the indicator light on the operating panel with no closed head should be lit.

Transfer the two switch on the operating panel to the bottom.

The device presses down the cloth, and the blue indicator lights on the operation board flicker. According to the manual release button motor on the operation board, the gold chip is controlled by the motor chip device, and a gold tablet is pressed according to the device once.

Turn the two gear switch to the top. The blue indicator light goes off and the gold device rises.

When the electronic control is automatically controlled, the two switch on all the operating boards is pferred to the middle (Fig. 1).

(2) when the power is turned on, some of the headers are always flashing red and green lights alternately, while the other heads are green.

The reason for this failure may be that the flat signal line of the first step stepping motor drive plate is not inserted, or the contact between the wire and the plug is not good, so the control signal can not be pmitted.

Reinsert the flat signal line or replace the signal line.

(3) when the motor is out of the machine, the motor is not rotated. This fault may occur in the phase sequence of the out chip motor.

Pull out the connecting plug of the motor and the stepping motor drive plate and replace the motor phase sequence.

(4) the movement of the motor is not correct when the film is manually released.

Adjust the parameters of the chip until the action of the chip is right.

The device may not be adjusted properly, and the film out device is readjusted.

(5) in the process of embroidery, there are several pieces of gold device that do not drop out of the head, but may be the two switch on the operation board.

Forced to close the gold chip embroidery of the head position, dial the two gear switch to the middle.

In the process of embroidery, turn off a certain position and sometimes drop the needle, which may be improper installation of the jumping electromagnet.

Reinstalling the electromagnet or setting an "electromagnet voltage adjustment" in "setting up the machine parameters", increasing its parameters (note that the parameter should not be too large, otherwise it will burn the electromagnet easily).

If this parameter is too large, it should be reduced to the original parameter and re adjust the installation position of the electromagnet.
