Because of the award in the competition, the government scholarship is free to go to the international first-class design institute for further education, and has attracted the attention of domestic designers in recent years. It is understood that, unlike previous competitions, the current competition has been upgraded again in the assessment system. On the basis of the addition of reappraisal links last year, this year the first assessment link was changed to two rounds. In the two rounds of preliminary assessment, the brand planning assessment and the self made Video links were introduced. The brand design ability and market operation ability of a designer should be assessed through the addition of brand evaluation plan. The new Video links will enable the judges to get a better understanding of the designers and their design concepts before the review. In the review session held before the finals, around the designer's specific requirements on the actual operational level of the clothing brand, 50 designers were tested on the two aspects of the practical ability and the interview. Finally, 30 designers came to the final finals after a lot of examinations. According to the event organizers, the competition hopes to constantly adjust and improve the assessment system, and turn the competition into the most large-scale and most gold bearing professional costume design competition in China, and establish an assessment system suitable for market demand and consumer demand, so that designers who can enter the finals can say that each is a mature designer with outstanding abilities in all aspects. In the finals, a jury composed of experts from home and abroad scored 35 designers' ready-made clothes. Finally, the winners of the contest were selected according to the results of the review.

It is understood that 24 of the 30 designers who won the first two competitions have returned to school, and 6 are still studying in Milan. Compared with those before studying abroad, these returned designers, apart from raising their professional level in the field of clothing design, have been developing for one year. Overseas Study Experience has also enabled them to have a clearer orientation and direction for their career. After returning home, with the support of the Hangzhou municipal government, they have started to create their own designer brands, have served as the leading designers in famous brands, and have entered the professional institutions for garment education. They have become an important design force for the women's clothing industry in Hangzhou. The government has also conducted entrepreneurial guidance for several designers who have started their own businesses, and has provided different amount of venture support funds.
