The machine is mainly used for keyhole sewing operations of all kinds of middle and high grade garments, so it is also called Feng Yan keyhole machine.
The internal structure of the round head keyhole machine is driven by the gear and connecting rod, which drives the hook action of the bending needle and the branch hook needle which are matched with the bending needle. The bending needle is composed of four components, namely, the left hook line bending needle, the right belt line hook wire bending needle, the left branch line (drawing line) hook needle, and the right branch line (pulling wire) fork crochet needle.

Needle jumping fault
Taking the most common mechanical equipment in clothing production, the American profit is the 101 round buttonhole machine and the German 557\558 machine type round keyhole machine as an example.
Jump needle
The causes of failure and corresponding solutions.
1. check whether the needle is bent.
If the needle is bent easily, the concave clearance between the needle and the needle will be too large and the needle can not be stitch.
2. check whether there are barbed needles in the hook line, and the resulting needle jumping, disconnection and floating lines. If this happens, it is recommended that the steel file be grinded and polished with a polishing machine.
3. check whether the wire bending needle is a cable slot, such as cable slot or curved needle, which has been seriously worn out during long time use, and appears shorter or bent.
4. turn the driving handwheel to check whether the concave clearance between the needle tip and the machine needle is too large. The clearance is too large, which may lead to a needle jumping.
As long as we rotate the needle to the lowest position, check the distance between the needle and the guard plate. If the distance is too far, we can not rely on the guard plate. Then adjust the match between the guard plate and the needle. (Note: the close proximity of the needle should not be the location of the top needle), the gap between the needle tip and the needle should be adjusted to 0.1mm; 5. in the whole rotation process of the crochet seat, the clearance between the crochet needle and the needle should be kept at the same position. When the needle is picked up, the needle should start at the 2mm position above the pinhole.
After adjusting the position of the crochet and the needle, we must tighten the fastening screws of the hook wire in time, and then check the matching of the fork and the needle.
The line between the fork pin and the bending needle can not be tightly attached. The right fork is as close as possible to the top of the right hook needle, but it can not touch the back of the right curved needle, and must be in the middle of the back of the bending needle.
The left branch fork is as close as possible to the top of the left hook bending pin, and the fork must be aligned to the corresponding line hole on the left bending needle.
At the same time, check the position of the fork and the toggle plate.
Rotate the handwheel, pfer the needle bar to the lowest position in the "dead center" position. When the needle is punctured, the clearance between the distributor and the fork arm must be exactly the same as the gap between the distributor and the fork arm, for example, for a long time.
Repair
During the use, the grooves can be replaced by the toggle plate. Then the distributor must be replaced and the position adjusted again.
