3、 Precautions:

If this product has some precipitation after long-term storage, it can still be used as long as it is fully stirred and filtered.

It should be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry place, and must be tightly covered after use. The storage temperature should be 0~40 ℃.

1. The data of fastness to washing, rubbing and perspiration are determined by Shanghai Printing and Dyeing Technology Research Institute according to the color paste samples provided by the company.

Executive standards: washing fastness GB/T3921.4-1997, color fastness to rubbing GB/T3920-1997, color fastness to perspiration GB/T3922-1995

Printing process:

1) Paint color paste 2%; Adhesive 20%; Printing paste 77%; Crosslinker 1%

2) Screen printing → 100 ℃ (5 minutes) drying → 160 ℃ (3 minutes) baking

2. The light fastness was measured by Shanghai Peony Ink Co., Ltd. after the company made its own cotton fabric printing sample cloth.

Instrument: Q-Panel Lab Products, xenon lamp aging tester, model: Q-SUN/1000

Executive standard: Color fastness to sunlight GB/T8427-1998

Printing process:

1) Paint color paste 2% adhesive 20% printing paste 78%; Fluorescent paint paste 20% adhesive 30% printing paste 50%

2) Screen printing → 100 ℃ (3 minutes) drying → 130 ℃ (2 minutes) baking

3. The pressing fastness is determined by our company, and the pressing is carried out by two methods: water slurry and glue slurry

2) Slurry printing process:

Slurry printing → 100 ℃ (3 minutes) drying → 130 ℃ (2 minutes) baking

Glue formula and process:

1) Glue formula:

Paint color paste 2% transparent glue 60% white glue 38%; Fluorescent paint color paste 10% transparent glue 60% white glue 30%

Printing → 100 ℃ (3 minutes) drying → 130 ℃ (2 minutes) baking

4. Description of various fastness grades: light fastness: Grade 8 is the highest; Other fastness: Grade 5 is the highest.
