Adidas, Why Are You So Arrogant?

The understanding of consumers is, of course, within three months, including package repair, replacement and refund, but when the time comes, there is a threshold.
In the consumer protection law, it is clear that consumers whose legal rights and interests are damaged when buying or using commodities can claim compensation from sellers.
For commodities which are stipulated by the state or by the operators and consumers, the operators shall be responsible for repairing, replacing or returning goods.
But the real question is, under what circumstances, under the circumstances of warranty and replacement, what is the standard of compensation?
This is also one of the reasons why the "Three Guarantees" scale of footwear products is different.
After nearly a month's negotiations, the problem that Adidas's "Three Guarantees" service is not in place has finally been satisfactorily resolved, and the municipal Consumer Protection Committee welcomes its attitude of correcting mistakes.
However, because Adidas's products are widely sold in China and the number of products is large, it is hoped that the company can effectively modify and fulfill the "Three Guarantees" service in accordance with the reply, and also provide the improved "three pack" service for consumers who purchased the company's products before.
In view of this tortuous process of mediation and communication, the municipal Consumer Protection Commission also pointed out that in recent years, multinationals and famous brand products are constantly rubbing themselves with consumers in after-sale services. An important reason is that large enterprises and big brands ignore consumers' demands and do not establish smooth communication channels with consumers.
Therefore, it is hoped that the relevant enterprises can take the initiative to recognize the consumption habits and consumption culture of Chinese consumers, and provide services to consumers in accordance with relevant regulations of China.
Beijing, Shanghai and other places clearly define the "Three Guarantees" of footwear. "Beijing commercial enterprises footwear commodity management and management measures (Trial Implementation)" stipulates the "Three Guarantees" period for shoes: the agreed period of "three packages" shall not be less than 90 days, and no agreed time limit shall not be less than 180 days.
Within 7 days of sale, there are quality problems such as split face, shoe heel deformation, coating off or cracking, outsole or bottom crack, broken or uneven impact on normal wear and tear. Operators should be responsible for one-time original price return, or consumers decide to repair or replace.
If the quality problem occurs within 15 days after the 7 day sale, the operator shall be responsible for the replacement, or the consumer shall decide to repair or return the goods.
In Shanghai's clothing and footwear "three package" regulations, different "Three Guarantees" validity periods are stipulated for different prices of commodities: 50 yuan and 100 yuan less than 50 yuan snow for 30 days, 100 yuan or more points containing 100 yuan of snow for 90 days, 300 yuan or more points with 300 yuan snow for 300 days.
At the same time, 12 quality problems such as degumming and cracking are enumerated. The above quality problems can be returned within 7 days from the date of sale, and can be replaced or repaired within 15 days.
