However, if the shoe making industry is in accordance with the long-term survival laws and regulations, this kind of slow slow production mode will gradually be unsuitable for the development of the shoe making industry in Taiwan.

Four, the market is over concentrated: Taiwan shoes have been exported for many years, and the United States has been the main market in the United States, accounting for about 66% of the total output. Since the US imposed restrictions on China and South Korea, it has not been able to effectively develop other markets.
Five, the outdated machinery and equipment: Taiwan's export footwear industry is small and medium-sized enterprises, short of funds, financing is not easy, after several years of recession, business difficulties, unable to update machinery and equipment, resulting in higher production costs, it is difficult to upgrade the product.
Six. The management of the battalion is not good enough: some of the operators still belong to the family industry type. The organization is neither sound nor modern, and it lacks modern business knowledge and scientific management personnel, so it can not reduce the production cost and improve the operation.
To effectively eliminate the external internal pressure and unfavorable factors faced by the footwear industry, and to break through the current difficulties and create a favorable future, it is up to the whole industry to strive for self-reliance and self-reliance, and work together in the following directions.
First, we should actively explore new markets: to expand and persist in those countries or regions that have not yet imposed restrictions, such as exhibitions, publicity and individual or group visits.

Two, we urgently need to upgrade our product quality: we want to effectively improve the quality and grade of products. We should start with cultivating skilled talents, developing high quality shoes materials, enriching quality control personnel, machinery and equipment, and upgrading machinery and equipment. Three upgrading of machinery and equipment: new and old production and production costs and product quality of machinery and equipment are enormous.
