As an expert group leader, what characteristics and advanced experience do you think these enterprises deserve to learn and learn from others?

Wang Weimin: pleasure in Shandong Home textiles It has formed a complete industrial chain of cotton textile, which integrates cotton purchasing and processing, spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, warp knitting, knitting, sewing, home textile product design, development, production and import and export trade. The company adopts biological treatment technology, leading the printing and dyeing industry.

Yaguang home textile in Binzhou, Shandong, has acquired and processed cotton products. Do spinning Weaving, printing, dyeing, embroidering and complete production chains, self owned reservoirs and thermal power plants, all production lines adopt imported equipment, mainly producing high-grade towel, bath towel and bathrobe, cotton blanket, acrylic blanket, bedding and so on.

Wuxi cotton is a benchmark enterprise in the industry. Its main characteristics are high quality, low energy consumption and less employment. Production of 300 cotton yarn, spindle speed is 20% higher than the national average level, the lowest energy consumption per unit area, and 25 million spindles employed, creating a miracle of cotton spinning industry.

Jiangsu Dasheng group, which takes cellulose fiber as the leading product, leads the market with special products such as Siro compact spinning, and so on, will also make distinctive home textiles, enter into modern service industries such as cultural industry and other related modern service industries, extend the industrial chain, promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and try to excavate the new wealth of the industrial chain.

These leading enterprises have their own characteristics. They have made outstanding achievements in the extension of industrial chain, energy saving, emission reduction, technological innovation, product development and so on. Especially in the difficult circumstances of the industry, it has played a leading role in the breakout of enterprises.

Reporter: energy saving and emission reduction is a hard target. What is the importance and urgency of it?

Wang Weimin: China is a big textile country and a large fiber consuming country. It has maintained a growth rate of 10% to 20%. The total textile processing volume is over 40 million tons annually, accounting for more than 50% of the world's total. Since 11th Five-Year, although the industry has achieved certain achievements in energy conservation and emission reduction, the total emissions have not decreased, and the ranking in the national manufacturing industry is still ahead. During the "12th Five-Year" period, the target of energy conservation and emission reduction in textile industry was: unit work added value, energy consumption decreased by 20% compared with 2010, carbon dioxide emissions decreased by 20%, unit industrial added value water consumption decreased by 30%, emissions of major pollutants decreased by 10%, and the total utilization of textile fibers reached about 8 million tons. At present, the entire textile industry is facing the pressure of environmental protection. The government is facing pressure of indicators, and enterprises are facing pressure from capital, technology and cost. Printing and dyeing industry If the development is constrained by environmental protection, it will affect the entire textile industry. The pressure of emission reduction is far greater than that of energy conservation. Therefore, we must pay attention to the ecological problems in every link of the production process and speed up the work of energy conservation and emission reduction.

Reporter: what experience and feelings do you have when you take part in the voluntary consultation activities for leading enterprises? Textile enterprises What are the views and ideas on development?

Wang Weimin: I think, first of all, enterprises should change from labor-intensive to technology intensive, such as Wuxi cotton, which has high quality, low energy consumption, less labor, and 25 workers in 10000 spindles, creating the miracle of China's cotton spinning industry; two, it is necessary to gather from the decentralized to the park, with high resource allocation and low cost; three, integration from low-level expansion to industrial chain, high-end products, extension of the industrial chain, overcoming the disadvantages of timely delivery of raw materials, and no guarantee of quality, so that the east does not brighten the Western light; and the four is to shift from high energy consumption to low carbon ecology, because this can directly reduce costs.

Reporter: what are the plans for the future?

Wang Weimin: we are now busy preparing the "12th Five-Year" standard system for China's textile energy conservation and comprehensive utilization, including thousands of standards. This plan has been discussed for 3 times. From the industry level, especially for environmental protection, we must draw up appropriate standards according to the whole social development, social needs and affordability of environmental resources. The standards should not be too high. Too high standards mean high costs. As enterprises, we should avoid speculation.
