In the special inspection work of < p >, the Quality Supervision Bureau of Beijing city launched the "quality free class" activity with the aim of strengthening the main responsibility consciousness of enterprise product quality and improving the quality management level of enterprises.

All the 34 students' production fixed-point enterprises responsible persons and quality control personnel recommended by the center for City clothing center have carried out laws, regulations, standards, production process control and advanced management concepts training.

Enterprises are required to firmly establish the sense of responsibility for product quality, organize production strictly according to the standards and contract requirements, strictly implement the raw material purchase acceptance system and the factory inspection system, do not use raw materials that have not been inspected, strengthen internal management and standardize production behavior, effectively improve their own quality management ability, and ensure the quality of the students' clothing.

In addition, 1 batches of fabrics have pH value, decomposable aromatic amines and 3 color fastness which do not meet the standards. The enterprises have returned the goods according to the inspection results, effectively preventing the unqualified raw materials from entering the production process and keeping the quality of raw materials into production.

According to the special inspection work, 32 designated enterprises have submitted the student production plan. The plan shows that the enterprises will concentrate on producing 199 thousand pieces of suits from the beginning of July to the middle of September.

The Quality Supervision Bureau of various districts and counties conducted special inspections at the stage of centralized production of enterprises, and focused on checking the implementation of product quality assurance measures such as purchasing and acceptance of raw materials, production process control and finished product inspection.

The inspection results show that most of the students' production fixed-point enterprises in Beijing can conscientiously fulfill the duty of product quality, undertake fabric inspection and finished product inspection according to the requirements, and clearly label the product safety categories in school uniform tag, logo or label.

No apparent illegal activities such as inferior fabrics were found in the inspection, but it was found that individual enterprises had problems such as incorrect labeling of specifications and models, incomplete marking of factory names, and so on, and urged enterprises to correct them in time.

For those enterprises that fail to provide quality certificate of fabric quality, the products and batches of spot checks are increased.

In addition to some enterprises suspend production or temporarily produce student packaged products, up to now, 37 batches of products have been inspected by 28 Enterprises with normal production, and all the 11 batches of products tested have been qualified.

< p > Beijing Quality Supervision Bureau said that the next step will continue to do a good job in this special inspection and supervision of spot checks, and timely announcement of the overall situation of supervision and spot checks.

The unqualified products found in the spot check will be dealt with according to the law. The enterprises with serious problems will take compulsory measures such as sealing up and seizure, so as to prevent the outflow of the problem products.
