I always like to describe my company with my family. Maybe I feel warm when I have a family, and I am easy to feel attached to my family and give me a sense of responsibility. Suddenly, I want to quote a quote: "Three Li is my home, success depends on everyone". The company is a team. Only by relying on everyone's strength can the various systems of the company be put into practice and move towards a higher level.
During the past three months, many problems have been discovered, such as:
First, the implementation of ISO is too formal.
Many people regard ISO as a way of dealing with it, and think that if you get a certificate, everything will be all right. In fact, this is an extreme idea. ISO is a continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system to meet customer needs. Previously, the company had written many quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions, but most of them were in form and not implemented. Most of the documents are not suitable for the current situation of the company. There is no basis for traceability of products, and there is no corresponding emergency measures for the abnormal situations that follow up, causing a vicious circle. Only by fundamentally solving these phenomena can we really implement ISO and play an effective role of ISO. First of all, let the company understand the spirit of ISO, and make the company's operations based and true.
Two, the annual management level has not formulated effective and measurable quality objectives.
Work is just like life. When it is executed, it will go in one direction and eventually achieve certain goals. Just as the goal of management is human, the purpose of management is matter. In the past year, the performance of each department against its department is unclear, and whether it meets the requirements of the company can not be verified, nor can it be improved. Follow up the work done by each department should make a more reasonable and effective target, and regularly count the data, whether to achieve the goal, or even exceed the target, and analyze the reasons for the failure to achieve some reasons, deal with the countermeasures and prevent further measures.
Three, inadequate implementation of the plan, resulting in waiting for waste.
Due to the interruption of raw material supply, unbalanced operation and improper production planning, waiting for nothing is called waste of waiting. Five, establish a reasonable stock of conventional material safety, try to avoid artificially creating too many unsuitable materials, resulting in waste of company cost.
Six, there are eight principles of management in ISO. If we use it flexibly, we should have a very important role in preventing beforehand. Every work must involve team participation, and the following principles need to be effectively utilized:

4) management system approach: to achieve the goal, it is beneficial to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of various departments.
5) process approach: This is a circular pattern, any work that needs to be properly planned, and then strictly implemented, to confirm whether the effect of the final implementation is up to expectations, so as to make corresponding amendments.
6) continuous improvement: at present, every job in the company needs to work hard to continuously rectify the unsuitable methods before seeking a more effective way to improve the performance.
