Recently, the Luo Meng group has launched three series of spring summer wear for the domestic market in 2009. Zhu Xulong, executive deputy general manager of the Luo Meng group, said that before these products were exported, the company had hired the top ten designers in China to enhance the development of the domestic market, and Chen Wen had made a new design for the style and put it into the domestic market. Matching these new products is the development of Luo Meng's domestic sales channels. From the end of the last century to the mid and late 80s of the last century, it was the "Ningbo pack" domestic market development stage. During this period, Ningbo was dominated by men's clothing, and the early brands such as Shan Shan, YOUNGOR, Luo Meng, Lopez, PE Luo Cheng and Taiping bird were born. From the end of last century to 2006, Ningbo garment enterprises, relying on Ningbo international clothing festival, contacted the international giants and began large-scale exports, and the proportion of exports increased gradually. Now, garment enterprises in Ningbo have begun to work together to expand the domestic market. The proportion of the domestic market will exceed export at the end of this year. This will be another turning point in the development of Ningbo's clothing industry, and the "new domestic sales era" is coming. "I believe that more new brands will emerge during the period, and the brand of Ningbo women's clothing will also rise." Zhang Xiaofeng, Secretary General of the City Garment Association, analyzed this. Despite the fact that many Ningbo garment enterprises are striving to develop the domestic market, they have not abandoned their exports, but are moving towards the high end to achieve "walking on two legs". But in the future, it will undertake export business with high added value and profit margins. The average processing fee of the export business before it is under 5 dollars / piece, and now it plans to make products with a processing charge of more than 10 dollars or more. It is undoubtedly the two major direct reasons for the "Ningbo pack" to move to the domestic market. "This year's demand in Europe and the United States has declined, and the cost of production has increased a lot. Our profit margins have fallen sharply." Shi Yun, chairman of the group, told reporters, "especially the RMB exchange rate is constantly changing, and the export market is hard to do." According to the statistics of Ningbo customs, the export clothing and accessories of Ningbo increased by 20.4% in the 1~7 months of this year, which is not only less than the average export increase of 25.6% in Ningbo this year, but also lower than the 24.6% increase in Ningbo's clothing last year. The average export growth rate of Ningbo is 20.4%. The domestic market is expanding while the export market demand is declining. The analysis report on the development status and future of China's garment industry indicates that the domestic garment market will grow by an average of more than 20% over the next 5 years. The demand for urban clothing market is estimated to be 604 billion 800 million yuan per year, the rural clothing market demand is 144 billion 400 million yuan, and the total consumption market capacity is 749 billion 200 million yuan.
