Foreign Investigation License Validity Period

1, application scope /p >

1. has obtained the "license for foreign investigation" issued by the National Bureau of statistics, and the foreign-related investigation institution whose validity of the foreign related investigation permit will expire.

2. the foreign-related investigation institution shall submit an application to the State Statistical Bureau 30 days before the expiry date.

If the time limit is not raised, the validity period of the license for foreign related investigation will no longer be extended.

two, the applicant organization is familiar with the state's regulations on foreign related investigation

1. the applicant organization should further study the management method of foreign-related investigation and its relevant laws, administrative regulations, regulations and relevant state regulations.

2. under the "approval procedure" of the "China foreign information management" column of the China statistical information network, the applicant organization has downloaded 2 of the foreign investigation regulations and test questions (see the "attachment downloading" below the test page), respectively, by the person in charge of the application body and the contractor of the foreign investigation matters, using the pen or the signature pen manually, and the answer is invalid.

three, the application material submitted by the applicant organization shall be less than /strong > /p >

(1) the legal entity submitted the following 9 paper materials to the National Bureau of Statistics:

The application form is made by the National Bureau of statistics, and the application organization can be downloaded by the China statistical information network. The content, format and page size of the application form remain unchanged.

3. has the ability to adapt to the foreign investigation.

4. is used to prove that the applicant has carried out more than three items of investigation within one year before the date of application, or has investigated the material that the turnover amounts to three hundred thousand yuan.

The applicant can provide one of the following materials:

1. The questionnaire and contract copy of each item of the above three survey items carried out by the organization within one year before the date of application.

the questionnaire and contract copy of each project carried out by the Institute within three hundred thousand years before the date of application.

5. strict and sound data confidentiality system.

The confidentiality system shall strictly stipulate the confidentiality of collection, storage, supply and destruction of investigation materials.

6.. There is no description of major illegal records in the past two years.

The application body shall issue its own statement on the record of no major violations in the last two years.

7., obtained the summary of the foreign-related investigation project from the date of the "license for foreign related investigation" issued by the National Bureau of statistics to the date of application.

The summary should include the ability of the applicant, customer, business development, compliance with laws and regulations, national policies and so on.

8. obtained the "foreign investigation license" from the date of the National Bureau of statistics issued to the date of application, and the registration form of the foreign-related investigation business file as required by the applicant organization.

9. the head of the foreign-related investigation and regulation testing institution and the sponsor of the foreign investigation matters.

two copies of the above materials (one is the registration form of the foreign investigation business file), the other is the copy.

Each part is bound in the order of the above 9 contents, with a size of A4.

The first page of each material should be signed by the legal representative of the institution, and the official seal shall be affixed.

The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the materials supplied.

(two) overseas organizations in China have submitted the following 7 paper materials to the National Bureau of Statistics:

1. application form for foreign investigation permit.

2. copies of the certificate of approval of the overseas organizations in China and the photocopy of the certificate of registration.

Registration certificate must pass the annual inspection.

3. strict and sound data confidentiality system.

The confidentiality system shall strictly stipulate the confidentiality of collection, storage, supply and destruction of investigation materials.

four, the application form submitted by the applicant organization is .

Mail application materials should not be sent to individuals.

five, the State Statistical Bureau accepts application /p >

1. receiving application materials submitted by the applicant organization. If the application materials are qualified and conform to the statutory form, the day when the application materials are collected is the day when the national statistical bureau accepts the application.

2. if the application materials are incomplete or inconsistent with the requirements, the National Bureau of statistics will issue the notice of application for correction of foreign applications to the applicant within three working days from the date of receiving the application materials.

The National Bureau of statistics receives the date of application for correction as required by the National Bureau of statistics.

six, and the decision of the State Statistical Bureau to approve or disapprove the application is /p >

1. within fifteen working days from the date of accepting the application, the decision to approve or not approve is made.

If it fails to make a decision due to overdue time, it will issue the "notice on extension of investigation and approval for extension" to the application organization within fifteen working days from the date of accepting the application, and will inform the examination and approval that it will extend the ten working days.

2., which has decided to ratification and issued the license for foreign related investigation; if it decides not to approve the case, it shall make a decision not to grant an administrative license for foreign-related investigation.

2. for the decision to ratification, the foreign investigation permit is mailed to the applicant institution. The date of mailing is the day of service.

If the decision is not approved, the decision of the foreign investigation shall not be mailed to the applicant institution, and the date of mailing is the date of service.
