Wenzhou Garment Development Building Will Be Put Into Operation Next Year.

The reporter learned from the Wenzhou clothing trade association that the "Wenzhou garment development building", which provides a platform for the development of small and medium-sized garment enterprises in our city, has been completed and entered the interior decoration stage in Ouhai Economic Development Zone, and will strive to be put into use before next April.

This platform will focus on the functions of Commerce and communication and focus on the new strength of Wenzhou clothing.

According to the introduction, the total construction area of the project is about 30000 square meters, the main building is 11 floors, and the podium 5 floors. The interior is divided into six functional areas, namely, business office area, industrial chain area, industrial service area, government service area, public facilities area and life supporting area.

The chamber of Commerce will select 100 small and medium-sized garment enterprises with potential for development as the first batch of enterprises to be settled in the same period. At the same time, it will introduce the domestic and foreign well-known brand buyers and enterprises to zero distance docking. At the same time, 20 international high-end garment research and design institutes and more than 10 well-known clothing fabrics, machinery and accessories enterprises will be invited to enter into a more perfect industrial chain.

Zheng Chenai, President of the Wenzhou clothing trade association, said that the Wenzhou clothing development building project is of great significance for the development of the industry.

Through the gathering of 100 garment enterprises, it will be beneficial to the unified propaganda, market expansion and overall image enhancement of Wenzhou garment enterprises, enhance the scale effect, strengthen the exchanges and consultation between small and medium-sized garment enterprises and international counterparts, and establish a good regional brand image.

The project focuses on the high-end part of the value chain of R & D, marketing, and brand display in the enterprise, and the production and processing parts will be distributed in other regions. This will help promote the development of the headquarters economy of the garment industry and promote the virtual business mode.

The project has also attracted the attention of the municipal government. As a concrete action for the enterprise service year this year, special policies will be formulated and subsidy funds will be provided.

Chen, general manager of Yueqing garment enterprise who has decided to enter the platform, said that the project can strengthen exchanges and cooperation among enterprises, integrate and perfect the industrial chain, and promote the integration and upgrading of enterprises through the aggregation of R & D, production and operation, and supporting service enterprises.

It is understood that the plan of the Wenzhou clothing chamber of commerce is to cultivate and integrate 1-2 reconstituted garment enterprises with annual output value exceeding 1 billion yuan through the efforts of 5 years, relying on "platform", and cultivating 5 virtual business garment enterprises, introducing or forming 1-2 high-end clothing R & D design institutions, and creating 2-3 famous Chinese brands or well-known trademarks.
