This is not alarmist. At the same time, it is not clear that the talents of garment production technology and IE engineering are lack of tutoring for a customer to plan the production plant. After several candidates who have been known to have many years of water experience, they find that the shortage of IE professionals in this industry is very obvious. At present, the academia and enterprises in China's clothing industry should pay more attention to clothing.

In the interview, often asked, "how to carry out the production of women's clothing"? The consistent answer is "dismantling process", and then there is no less! And then ask "how to carry out the change in the process of water flow?" some answer "prepare the main and auxiliary materials into the water line"; if you want, simply say, "that's not a problem!"; no matter whether the instructing worker, workshop director or factory director is good, no one knows "production line balancing" Line Balance!!!

Further inquired that their so-called "flowing water" is "extensive" type of water. It is really the process of dismantling the process and preparing the main and auxiliary materials into the production line. Of course, whether the parking space technology can undertake the requirements of this process still has some considerations; when it comes to bottlenecks, it will adjust again, meet with bad quality, and then rework; therefore, the number of semi-finished products on the production line is always piling up, the delivery time is always postponed, and the parking spaces after the bottleneck process are always low wages, and only by the bottom of the wages can the workers' mood be stabilized temporarily.

When other industries are carrying out production balance, they seldom think about rework, because they are almost useless only if they are defective products, but the garment industry can hardly be reworked unless they are able to rework some of their work.

下面是一個簡單的計算式： 假設某一服裝廠進行流水生產(chǎn)，試求第n道工序后的良品是多少? n=第n道工序 Q=該款服裝的總件數(shù) Qn=N道工序之后的良品數(shù)量 R=每道工序之后平均返工率 則Qn=Q×(1－R)n 承上式，假設，每道工序之后平均返工率是5%(相當于良率95%；廣東地區(qū)的服裝廠大多數(shù)以此為不良率標準)，某生產(chǎn)制造單總數(shù)共300件，試求第20道工序之后的良品是多少? Qn=300×(1－5%)=107.54件，取整數(shù)為107件 事實上，只要平均返工率不變，經(jīng)過13道工序作業(yè)之后，所生產(chǎn)出來的合格可以投入下一道工序的半成品數(shù)量，將下降到投產(chǎn)總數(shù)的一半左右(51.33%)。
