The tenders are the planning and Construction Bureau of Akesu textile industrial city (Development Zone) and the Akesu Textile City Development Co., Ltd., and the construction funds are central budget funds and autonomous regional matching. The sewage treatment adopts the technology of "physicochemical precipitation + hydrolysis acidification + biological treatment + coagulation sedimentation filtration + ozone contact oxidation" process, after treatment, the water quality reaches the B standard of "sewage discharge standard for sewage disposal plant" (GB18918-2002). < /p >
< p > main contents of the project: the newly built scale is 50 thousand cubic meters / day sewage treatment plant 1, including printing and dyeing wastewater pretreatment room, grille, adjustment pool, coagulating sedimentation tank, hydrolysis acidification pond, filter cloth filter, ozone oxidation tank, advanced catalytic oxidation pond, two sedimentation tank, aeration filter, sludge dewatering room, contact disinfection pond, etc. the sewage plant auxiliary building and mechanical and electrical equipment installation; 2 new building accident pool (total volume of 60 thousand cubic meters); 12.7 km of newly built water pipeline; 56.17 km of new tail water pipeline. < /p >
< p > project duration is 487 days. The planned commencement date is September 1, 2014. The planned completion date is December 30, 2015 < /p >

< p > 3.1.4 has the qualification of operation of environmental pollution control facilities (industrial waste water) issued by the environmental protection administrative department; < /p >
