Lingwu Park covers an area of 2000 mu, which is a multifunctional comprehensive industrial park with industry, research and development, logistics and other functions. The construction of the park includes six industrial projects, namely, the annual output of 2 million 200 thousand cashmere and the top quality fabric construction project of wool, the annual output of 5 million cashmere sweater items, the "30 thousand spindles high count worsted wool yarn project", "the 20 comb 20 spinning cashmere yarn project", "the annual output of 2 million 100 thousand high-end cashmere dress construction projects" and the "30 thousand spindles high grade special linen yarn and 13 million meter high-grade linen fabric construction project", and the four matching projects are logistics center, technology information center, sewage treatment center and basic engineering project respectively. The total investment of the park is 5 billion 139 million yuan, and the industrial output value is nearly 5 billion 139 million yuan after reaching the year of production.

Lingwu Park relies on the development of high-end cashmere, wool and hemp textile industry based on the domestic and international leading role of cashmere industry in Limited by Share Ltd.
