As an important measure to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, they should transform the concept of social responsibility into the beliefs, qualities and actions of leaders and employees, and turn them into the advanced culture of enterprises.

    Two is to establish and improve the social responsibility system. On the basis of the existing management system, we should integrate social responsibility into all aspects of corporate governance structure, enterprise development strategy, enterprise management and enterprise culture construction, and establish and improve the corporate social responsibility management system, index statistics system and assessment system.
