On the same day, the lecture hall invited the director of the center for thought and innovation research of the Party School of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Liu Weiping, a well-known expert in the field of core leadership research.

Liu Weiping explained the spiritual essence of the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the series of reform policies, so as to provide the correct policy basis for entrepreneurs to grasp the opportunities for entrepreneurship development in the future, and enable entrepreneurs to understand the new characteristics of the future development and change trend of enterprises, so as to grasp the new development opportunities faced by enterprises and provide the correct strategic positioning for entrepreneurship.
