The Passing Rate Of Sportswear And Knitted Swimwear Products Is 93.3%

AQSIQ recently announced the results of quality supervision and spot checks of sportswear and knitted swimsuit products in the second quarter of 2014.

The sampling enterprises involved 7 provinces and municipalities in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, Guangdong and so on. A total of 90 batches of products from 90 enterprises were selected, among which 84 batches of 84 enterprises were qualified, and the qualified rate and qualified rate of products were 93.3%.

According to the staff, the product pass rate decreased by 2.6 percentage points compared with the results of the spot checks conducted by the state supervision and sampling of sportswear and knitted swimsuit products in 2012.

From the point of view of the inspection items, no significant safety items failed in the past two years. The unqualified items include fiber content, pH value and color fastness.

The sampling is mainly based on the requirements of the CCGF201-2010 standard for textile product quality supervision and spot check, GB/T22849-2009 knitted T-shirt, GB/T22853-2009 knitted sportswear, FZ/T73013-2010 knitted swimsuit, FZ/T73020-2012 knitted casual wear, FZ/T81007-2012 single and clipped garments. The inspection items include: fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye, water fastness, acid perspiration fastness, alkali fastness to perspiration, color fastness to dry friction and color fastness to washing.
