Management School Holds Seminar On Employment Interview Skills And Career Planning

In order to help college students plan their careers scientifically and promote graduates' good experience and skills in job interviews, in late September 28th, the seminar on employment interview skills and career planning, sponsored by the Ministry of industry and management, was held at D106, my principal's campus.

The lecturer of this conference is Kou Hongyang, the alumnus of the school of management. He has 20 years of management experience in the central enterprise. He is now an outside instructor of the west industry university, MBA and CEO, a special Professor, senior trainer, career planning and tutor.

From the two aspects of employment interview skills and career planning of college students, the speeches were made in plain language. He vividly explained the problems of resume preparation, interview details, instrument appearance, communication skills and career planning with vivid language and vivid examples, and made a wonderful interaction with the students. Combined with the resume of students at the scene, they put forward some specific suggestions and stressed the need to face the examiners' test with a confident attitude.
