However, if their decisions are not in your fundamental interest, you should think twice before entering the company.

    At least, next time you hear what bad decisions you made at the top, you will see why.

    First of all, if you can, don't touch the human resources department. It's not because you are willing to do something bad, but because they are basically not helpful to you.
