The on-site writing activities of the provincial authorities' official document writing skills competition sponsored by the Provincial Committee of the Provincial Work Committee and the Provincial Federation of trade unions were held in the provincial office building, and more than 70 athletes from 41 departments of the provincial authorities.

Since September this year, the Provincial Work Committee has launched a document writing skills competition in the provincial authorities.
The competition is divided into two parts: excellent official document selection and field writing by provincial authorities.
The activities have been highly valued and responded positively by provincial departments, and more than 60 departments and units have recommended and submitted 522 official documents.
In order to ensure the authority of the selection, the Provincial Work Committee is selected.
Document Writing
Experts in charge of the review committee are responsible for reviewing the recommended documents and contestants' writing documents.
It is understood that two competitions will be set up one or two, three and other awards, the winners will be rewarded.

The Yunnan air traffic control sub Bureau OA system has been in operation for ten years. With the continuous development of sub bureaus, it is urgent to further optimize the document processing process, simplify the work procedures, improve the fine management level and efficiency of the sub bureaus, and establish an efficient and refined document processing system.
In view of the above problems, the Yunnan air traffic control sub Bureau organized optimization of the OA document processing process. The optimization work simplified the existing more than 50 processes to 4, and ensured that the efficiency of official document circulation was higher after optimization, without changing the existing mode of work significantly without increasing the actual workload of the operators.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the optimization work, in November 13th, Yunnan ATC sub Bureau carried out OA document processing optimization training.
The Department's comprehensive office director and document manager attend training.
The training mainly focuses on the new OA document processing flow and the difference between the old process and so on. Through theoretical and practical training, it ensures that the training staff is familiar with the core content of the new process.
According to the work arrangement, the new OA document processing process of Yunnan ATC branch was officially launched in November 14th, and the old process will be blocked.
In order to prevent risks arising from the new process, Yunnan air traffic control branch actively coordinates OA engineers, prepares for emergency preparedness, and requests all department documents managers to attend to training in the near future to focus on continuous document flow dynamics, find problems timely communicate with functional departments, take special measures, paper documents and other measures to ensure smooth circulation of official documents.
