　　經查：2013年7月以來，犯罪嫌疑人于豹(男，26歲，碭山人)伙同他人在宿州市經濟技術開發區租房安裝寬帶設立售假窩點，從上線浙江溫州丁振尚(男，29歲，浙江蒼南人)、游奕川(男，40歲，浙江蒼南人)等人處購進假冒“意爾康”、“奧康”、“百麗”、“金利來”、“花花公子”等知名品牌皮鞋，利用“宿州·中部鞋城”的名義，在互聯網上注冊“樂購吧_00”、“潮鞋坊兒”、“足之巔”、“京東一號男鞋店”、“我愛我家品牌店”、“足之戀LOVE”、“牛皮屋77”、“精品鞋緣店”、“京東鞋神”、“天真無鞋-88”、“一腳定乾坤”等48家網店，大量銷售假冒注冊商標的“意爾康”等品牌的皮鞋。
