2015 New York Men's Fashion Week Details Released

The American Fashion Designers Association (CFDA) hopes to follow the footsteps of London, Paris and Milan to host its own men's fashion week.

According to US media reports, the plan launched nearly two years ago is now in shape, at least in terms of date.

(CFDA) chairman StEven Kolb said in an interview with WWD, "we still have many aspects to implement, but we already have a preliminary date, and the first fashion week will be held in July 2015".

The men's fashion week in New York will be held in from July 20th to 22nd with professional exhibitions such as ProJEct, Liberty, MRket and Capsule.

If the schedule is confirmed, then

It will be held a few days after the Paris fashion week, but not on the date of the men's fashion week in London, Milan and Paris, which ended in June 28th.

The organizers may want to avoid hitting the US independence day in July 4th.

At present, there are more than 10 men's wear series in New York, but they are all held during the women's fashion week.

Once the New York men's fashion week is officially launched, it will definitely impact the schedule of London, Milan and Paris fashion week.

At the same time, many American brands are likely to return to New York.

According to media reports, Ralph Lauren and Mike Coles (Michael Kors) and Rag & Bone and Michael Bastian may have promised to return.
