What Are The Functions Of Organs' Practical Writing?

Organs at all levels, regardless of internal affairs, foreign affairs, military affairs, public security, justice, economics, science, education, culture, health, sports and other departments and units, are inseparable from the exchange situation, investigation and research, summing up experience, asking for reports and making decisions and giving instructions on matters related to their own terms of reference.

Many kinds of practical articles of the organ have stipulated the people's action standards and behavior directions to varying degrees, especially the statute and decree documents. There are clear provisions on what people should do, what should not be done, what time, scope, and problems they can do or not to do, and what extent they can be done.

Once such documents are issued, they must be resolutely implemented and no one is allowed to violate them.

The four is the basis of work.

In the formulation of guidelines, policies and guidance, the higher authorities should, in addition to the actual situation that they see and hear, an important method is to submit materials such as briefings, reports, plans, summaries and so on.

When the lower level organs carry out their work and deal with problems, the relevant documents of the higher authorities are also the main basis for judging the right or wrong.
