The 2014 annual meeting of Huizhou Advertising Association and Huizhou Trademark Association was held in the Kempinski Hotel.

Huizhou Advertising Association was founded in 2005, and the Huizhou Trademark Association was founded in July 2014.

Through the way of visits, the Huizhou Advertising Association listened to the aspirations of the broad member units, mobilized enterprises to join the association, and the association developed 13 new member units. At present, there are 21 member units.

The association is committed to doing well the bridge and link between the government and its members, listening to and collecting the demands of members, and reflecting them to the relevant departments in a timely manner.

At the same time, the association expanded its thinking and constantly improved its service level.

In recent years, the association attaches great importance to the declaration and qualification work of the member units, and provides active and efficient declaration services for all member units.

With the support and guidance of the Provincial Advertising Association, 7 advertising companies in Guangdong have passed the recognition of the first grade advertising companies in the province.

Huizhou Advanced Culture Communication Co., Ltd. and Huizhou Jie Cheng Engineering Art Development Co., Ltd. were awarded the "integrity and law-abiding and innovative management advanced units" in Guangdong province for several years.

Looking forward to 2015, Huizhou Advertising Association will go deep into industry investigation and research to speed up the adjustment of industrial structure.

At the same time, actively organize research seminars to discuss the development status of advertising industry in Huizhou, and formulate future development plans.

In addition, we should strengthen publicity and reporting and shape the image of the industry so that all sectors of society can recognize and pay attention to the development of advertising industry in Huizhou.

The Huizhou Trademark Association was prepared in May 2014 and registered in July 16th. Under the guidance of the Guangdong Trademark Association, the Huizhou Bureau of industry and Commerce and the supervision and administration of the Huizhou Municipal Bureau of civil affairs, with the support of the majority of member units, efforts are being made to innovate the working methods of the association, take the service member units as the basis, build the concept of "member home", strive to do well in the training and guidance of trademarks, actively protect the legitimate rights and interests of member units, and carry out various tasks in a solid and effective manner.

As of October 2014, there were more than 23500 registered trademarks in our city, of which 15 were well-known trademarks and 94 were famous trademarks.

Since the establishment of the Huizhou Trademark Association, the concept of service has been strengthened, and the interaction between the association and its members has been intensified. On the basis of collecting and studying the summary of the situation that the majority of member organizations need to solve in the process of trademark development, we have tried every means to provide professional guidance and coordination services.

The association pays attention to the declaration and extension of famous and famous trademarks, and gives guidance.

On the issue of trademark licensing and difficulties encountered in the course of trademark development, the association adopted telephone, visit, appointment, seminars, suggestions and other ways to respond to the needs of member units in a timely manner and received the affirmation of the vast number of member units.

In the new year, the Huizhou Trademark Association will actively organize Huizhou enterprises to declare, identify, continue to be well-known trademarks, publicity and training of famous trademarks, initial examination of materials, and trademark rights protection, and further form a new pattern of trademark work with "government guidance, departmental cooperation and enterprise response", so as to promote member units to declare China famous trademarks and Guangdong famous trademarks.

In addition, various forms of publicity and training activities will be launched to help enterprises enhance their awareness of trademark strategy.
