Recently, Elliot F.Kaye, chairman of the US Consumer Product Safety Association (CPSC), announced that it had already reached an important agreement with Alibaba on consumer protection.

Consumer Product Safety Association
It is an independent body under the federal government of the United States. It was set up under the consumer product safety act of 1972, not belonging to any department or institution, but directly reported to the president and Congress of the United States.
The establishment of the agency is aimed at protecting the safety of consumers and supervising the production and sale of over 15 thousand consumer goods.
