    Huajian group developed very fast in Africa, largely due to the sudden drop in labor costs, and the cost of wages dropped from 22% of total domestic cost to 3%, and productivity was 70% of the domestic level.

    At the forum, Wang Zhongming, Deputy Secretary General of the National Federation of industry and commerce, said, "30 years ago, labor costs were cheap. Now 30 years have passed, labor costs are rising, and financing costs are high. Chinese enterprises have become an irresistible trend to go out because they are driven by the laws of market economy and the laws of competition."

    Long Yongtu pointed out: "in the past, the purpose of Chinese enterprises going out was to obtain local resources, such as oil, timber and minerals. Now the purpose of Chinese enterprises going out is to merge with local economy and manufacturing industry, making China an integral part of the global economy. China's economy has been able to integrate with the world through going global."

    In the view of Lu Feng, in order to deal with the law of market competition, in the pformation of traditional manufacturing industry, "the supply chain should go to the high end, and the technical level should go to the high end. Finally, the layout of enterprises should go global."

    "Hollowing out" and peeling regeneration

    Zheng Li said at the forum that the huge domestic market decided that a large part of the manufacturing industry needed to stay at home and meet the domestic market demand in the most suitable way of market regulation.

    At the same time, in the process of development, enterprises will gradually develop towards the high end of the industrial chain, forming a capital intensive and technology intensive format, including headquarters economy, R & D, and so on, and it is not easy to move away like a labor-intensive shoe making link.

    Zhang Huarong also admitted that although he was pferring the manufacturing business of Huajian group to Ethiopia, there were still about 10 thousand workers in Dongguan and Jiangxi factories, and high-end manufacturing.

    Compared with Dongguan, the development of footwear industry in France and Taiwan has effectively demonstrated the development of Dongguan's footwear industry.

    According to PierreBonnet, chairman of the Federation of French shoemaker technicians, at the end of last century, although the French manufacturing industry had shrunk in the process of industrial pfer, many global high-end luxury shoe brands and companies were retained, and these companies were good results of investment in North Africa in those years.

    Zhang Yongming, chairman of Taiwan Meiji Business Co., Ltd. also said that although the shoe industry had been pferred out, the footwear industry in Taiwan has been reduced in popularity.     In the past, the footwear industry in Dongguan was dominated by low-end manufacturing. If we did not pfer part of the low-end manufacturing, we could not afford the necessary space and resources for the pformation and upgrading of the footwear industry.
