That is to say, at the entrance of the spray machine, put a small steel pipe and cut a fixed small mouth along the fixed position of the rope line of the spraying machine, put all the rope into the incision of the steel pipe, and then use a wire to penetrate the steel pipe to fix the position of the rope line, so that the rope will not run along with the intention. This will not only make the rope level smooth, but also effectively guarantee the quality and improve the work efficiency.
The rope that used to take half an hour to straighten out is only handled in ten minutes by means of the "steel pipe line method".
The rope and plastic tape used for measuring the size of the package were originally cut by hand, which were time-consuming and laborious, and varied in length. The rope after cutting was easy to stir, resulting in a lot of unnecessary waste.
In response to these problems, Qin Shunyou, the workshop employee, made 1.5 self adjustable flexible cutter with spare time in his spare time.
