How To Draw Up The Training Contract

The first part of the teaching contents of Party A shall not be reduced to the requirements of Party C in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of education on the subjects and hours stipulated by the similar undergraduate (or tertiary or secondary school students). Party A shall give a detailed introduction to the development of morality, intelligence and physique of Party C during the period of school.

Fourth Party B shall bear all the tuition fees and scholarship fees during the period of school study. The tuition fee is RMB yuan per semester, and the scholarship is RMB yuan per semester. The above costs of Party C shall be directly remitted to Party A at the time of each student's registration, or to Party A by Party C.

Fifth Party B shall pay Party C's wages (standard wages plus District living allowance, no bonus) and other welfare benefits according to the regulations. If Party A lodges and lodges in Party A, Party B shall subsidize the daily living allowance of Party C on the basis of the stipulation (such as the new regulations of the state, and carry out according to the new regulations), and shall pay the party's lodging fee and commission fee to Party A. Party B's reimbursement will be reimbursed according to the regulations.

If Party C does not lodge in Party A, and the home is more than two kilometers away from Party A, Party B shall grant the monthly transportation fee subsidy according to the state regulations.

After the completion of the Seventh Party's study and the approval of Party A's examination and qualification, Party B shall arrange its work according to the professional conditions of the party and the development of the party's moral, intellectual and physical education provided by Party A.

The Eighth Party must consciously accept the education and management of Party A and Party B, study hard, observe discipline and abide by the law, develop from three aspects of morality, intelligence and physical education, and strive to be "three good students". If the party violates the school rules and regulations, it should consciously accept the treatment of Party A and Party B. If a party drops out of school or is advised by Party A to drop out of school or cancel his student status, he shall bear all the items delivered to Party A. Cost If the C side fails to deliver,

After the ninth party has finished the examination and passed the examination, it must work for Party B, and shall not be transferred out of Party B units during the year. This contract shall come into force on the date of signing the Three Party A, B and C, and will become invalid after the completion of the term of study. The Three Party A, B and C shall not modify or terminate the contract without authorization. If there are any unsettled matters in the contract, supplementary provisions shall be made through consultation between the three parties.
