Quanzhou Government Helps Enterprises Make Up For "Short"

In September 2014, the Fujian provincial government issued special measures to support Quanzhou to speed up the development of the "CNC generation" to promote the development of the intelligent equipment industry. It clearly defined the support from 2014 to 2016 from the aspects of financial support, innovation platform, R & D investment, technological pformation, market development, dragon head enterprise, financial support and talent environment, and strive to promote the Quanzhou equipment numerical control rate up to 70%, and the production efficiency in key areas of application increased by more than 20%.

Combined with the reality of Quanzhou's industrial development, Quanzhou has formulated specific implementation plans, and promulgated Quanzhou's "supporting enterprise all-round innovation" action plan and other policy measures.

The municipal government's "No. 1 document" is used to purchase industrial robots or machines.

And the local intelligent pformation of the production line, with a subsidy of less than 1 million yuan for a single enterprise that meets the standards of identification, and the enterprise construction automation production line and automation workshop will give priority to municipal level science and technology major projects support, and the maximum amount of financial support for a single enterprise can reach 2 million yuan; the introduction of advanced equipment through financial leasing, the related expenses as fixed assets investment, and the preferential income tax of 15% of high-tech enterprises, these supporting policies are like "good rain" for enterprises.

Moreover, in terms of talent environment, the Quanzhou municipal organization invited experts from related fields at home and abroad to form an expert committee of "CNC generation", set up a permanent expert group, set up a project mentor linkage system, and form an all directional and multi-level service system composed of universities, research institutes, professional and technical training companies, application promotion centers, regional (industry) demonstration, and implementation effect evaluation.

The Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, National University of Defense Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology and other units also set up a public service platform for numerical control technology in Quanzhou.

The Quanzhou Institute of equipment manufacturing, the National Center for numerical control system engineering and technology research center, the Quanzhou sub center, the Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute of Quanzhou Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the robotics research center of Harbin Institute of technology and other institutions and expert teams have already started operation, and have started cooperation with many enterprises.
