公司開辦十幾年來,我遇到過形形色色的員工,有沉穩(wěn)、內(nèi)斂形的;有單純、率直形的;有陽光、開朗形的;有多疑、計(jì)較形的;有家教好、素質(zhì)高的;也有家教差、素質(zhì)低的,通過大量的交往,以及與其他管理者的交流,我逐漸地體會(huì)到了:員工不怕有缺點(diǎn)(沒有完美無缺的員工)、員工不怕有個(gè)性、不怕犯錯(cuò)誤(要給年輕人犯錯(cuò)誤的空間),但怕的是看不透、不了解、不陽光、不開朗、悶著不說、不向別人敞開心扉的員工,這種員工你無法與他(她)交心,不知道他(她)在想什么?他(她)往往以自我為中心,處處提防任何人,時(shí)常干一些意想不到的事件,所以當(dāng)我遇到這樣的員工,即使他的工作能力強(qiáng),工作干的很出色,我也不能重用他(她),因?yàn)槟悴涣私馑?她),不知道他在想什么?不知道他能否以公司的利益為重,是否遵守商業(yè)道德和規(guī)則,他(她)的突然舉動(dòng)是否會(huì)給公司
