    Seven: Party A replaces Party B workers into the factory according to the conditions stipulated by Party B. When Party B workers are unwilling to go to work, Party A is successfully disposed of according to resettlement, and the fees collected can not be refunded.

    If Party A fails to arrange for Party B workers to enter the factory within the agreed time, Party A is responsible for providing the lodging and lodging of the workers of Party B. After the workers are admitted into the factory, the employer will be responsible for the consequences due to their own reasons.

    If Party A's information factory does not conform to the situation or the information changes, resulting in the failure of the workers to enter the factory or the wage service can not meet the requirements of the agreement, Party A shall resettlement without any conditions.

    Eight: Party B should give guidance to the employment workers so that they can bear hardships and stand hard work and have a positive attitude towards careers.
