At the same time, we should establish a restraint mechanism and formulate industry standards, so as to avoid the problem of vicious low price competition in the conference market.
From the perspective of competitiveness, many heads of enterprises in Hainan stressed that competition in the conference industry is more important than regional competition.
In recent years, the exhibition industry at home and abroad has developed rapidly. The exhibition hardware facilities of the first and second line cities have been improved gradually, and the soft power has also increased year by year.
Some cities are coming from behind, showing outstanding challenges to Hainan conference industry.
In such a rapid development process, exhibitions and related bureaus have been established in various places. Relevant exhibition industry associations, exhibition and promotion centers and exhibition industry alliances have been established successively, so as to promote the development of MICE industry by integrating resources, giving full play to the "leverage effect" and supporting the development of the conference industry from policy.
In contrast, Hainan has not yet set up a convention and Exhibition Bureau or related agencies, and there are long management, such as conferences, exhibitions, incentive tours and festival activities, which lack the unified coordination and protection.
