    This agreement is signed by the two sides of the year.

    7. intellectual property rights:

    Sales representatives shall not represent any intellectual property rights of their manufacturers.

    All notices in the agreement shall be delivered in writing to the other party's address specified in the agreement.

    If one party's address changes, the other party shall be notified within days after the change takes effect.

    The date of receipt is regarded as the date of closing.
