In the 10 years since he started his business, he worked as an apprentice from a clothing Limited company. He has worked as a team leader in machine repair, tail management and company management. Later he borrowed money to start a factory, and now he owns two garment factories, with fixed assets of nearly ten million yuan, and more than 3700 people have been promoted to take up jobs by accumulating radiation.

From apprenticeship to company director

In 1980, Gong Guangming was born in an ordinary rural family in Xianju township.

After graduating from high school in 1998, Gong Guangming listened to his parents' arrangement, and accompanied a few young people in the village to a work apprentice in Guangzhou Whampoa District Wenchong village Yixin Garments Co., Ltd.

A year later, he turned to Baiyun District new town Hongda clothing learning machine repair technology.

In order to grasp the diagnosis and repair technology of the electric sewing machine as soon as possible, Gong Guangming asked the equipment manager to borrow an old machine which was scrapped and carefully discarded it by using the rest time after work.

Due to his persistence and diligence, he became more and more skilled in machine repair, and soon became a skilled technician.

In 2001, he moved to Haizhuqu District.

In the 6 years since 1998, he has been engaged in a number of works such as machine repair and management in 5 garment enterprises. He also worked as a sales agent for a sewing machine factory.

In 2005, Gong Guangming resigned from the work of Jin Xin garment factory and later made a middle management in Yuexiu District Lixing clothing company.

The company's business philosophy and sales mode have opened up an eye for Gong Guangming, who has never been in touch with management.

After accumulating a certain amount of management experience, Gong Guangming decided to find a way out by himself.

The road to start is difficult.

In the years when he worked in Guangzhou, Gong Guangming worked and studied the market. He wanted to start his own clothing factory earlier.

In May 2006, Gong Guangming found an idle factory in Tianhe District and decided to start his own business.

Gong Guangming was not intimidated by difficulties when the factory was founded.

The biggest practical problem facing the factory is to find ways to raise funds. He borrowed 200 thousand yuan from relatives, friends, classmates and even his girlfriend, and heard that there was a group of old sewing machines in a garment factory. He went to the factory owner to rent it overnight, and even some raw materials were returned on credit.

After 2 months of intense preparations, the "sunshine garment factory" finally opened.

Because of the fierce market competition and insufficient liquidity, and for the first time alone, when the boss became a boss, he even got the headache that the old machines were too inefficient, and more than 130 workers could not produce much.

In the first year, the factory was in a state of deficit.

Although the old machine made Gong Guangming suffer, he did not waver in his determination to start a business.

With the support of his family and friends, he also raised 100 thousand yuan to buy new equipment and learned the first year's experience and lessons. After a hard road to start a business, the factory began to make profits.

In 2008, sales revenue reached 4 million yuan, and profits and taxes were about 500000 yuan.

Returning entrepreneurship to promote rural employment

In 2010, Gong Guangming, who earned the first barrel of gold, pferred to Guangzhou.

Go back home and start a business.

Gong Guangming's wife's hometown is in the town of Li County, Shayang. It is not far away from Shayang City, where the labor force is surplus, and many of the wife's connections are here. They decide to put the first stop of returning home to start business in Li Town.

Returning home to start a business and implementing the factory site is the first problem to be solved. With the full support of the local Party committee and government, the site of the factory will soon come to an end. In less than a month, all the formalities have been completed, and it will be less than a year from construction to commissioning.

With the continuous expansion of enterprise scale, in 2012, the number of workers increased to more than 600, of which local workers accounted for 70%, annual output value reached about 20000000 yuan, and realized profits and taxes of about 4000000 yuan.

In the first half of 2013, Gong Guangming set up second garment enterprises, jedda garment factory in Jingmen, and settled in the village of happy village.

From the signing of the agreement of intent, the two levels of the town's village level were fully served, and the three floor idle school buildings, which occupied 1200 square meters, were quickly implemented. In the village, the school buildings and other ancillary facilities were repaired in a timely manner and connected with hydropower. Gong Guangming insisted on eating at the construction site, which reduced the cost of running the factory and the construction time by more than a half.

In 2014, the clothing factory fixed assets reached about 3600000 yuan, with more than 300 sets of advanced equipment, such as single production line, computer sewing machine, more than 220 employees, and sales income of about 5000000 yuan, profits and taxes 100 million yuan in 2014.

In the years when she went back to her hometown to start her own business, Gong Guangming actively absorbed and re employed the rural women in difficulty and laid off women workers. After solving their current difficulties in life, she trained them to acquire a skill.

In recent years, Gong Guangming has accepted laid-off women workers and more than 900 rural difficult women, of whom more than 110 have been trained to start their own businesses, and have started clothing cutting or clothing processing, marketing stores and wholesale outlets.
