The fashion Tianli wholesale city signed a contract with Beijing bus group in 2004 to lease the underground space of Xizhimen public pport hub.

The underground space was originally designed as a bicycle parking garage, but there were few bicycles to park, and the space wasted. Therefore, the Xizhimen public pport hub changed its original plan and was used for commercial department stores.
