In view of the fact that old clothing is a solid waste prohibited by the state, according to the provisions of the thirty-first articles of the 230th articles and third regulations of the public security organs for the handling of criminal cases and the "Regulations on the management of solid waste imports", the Zhangzhou customs has been contacted with the Pu Jiang Ling MSW incineration power plant (SOEs) in Xiamen, and the Xiamen customs has destroyed the 3200 cases of discarded clothing (363.716 tons of 727 warehouses in Xiangan warehouse) and 290 bundles of Jinjiang's surrounding warehouse 3486 bundles.
