    Hello, everyone, I am very glad to have the opportunity to share with you some observations and sharing from the perspective of venture capital VC.

    We are the Bertelsmann Asia Investment Fund. Since we entered China in 08 years, we have managed a US $1 billion fund, mainly investing in some Internet companies and projects. The following is a case of investment.

    We usually invest in an enterprise, hoping to hold shares of the company for a long time, whether it is going to be listed or whether it will yield some profits or success.

    Today, I want to share the following four aspects. Yesterday and today, many guests said that the change of consumption mentality, the development trend of e-commerce and retailing, cross border, in the past half a year, we visited all the Internet companies that had done cross boundary, including supply chain and suppliers, and finally talked to you about integration.

    One day, I am a 90 year old, spending habits, consumer behavior and consumption concept, including recent friends, there are some changes.

    Then, the channel, what products I choose, what kind of products the consumers like, and who can sell these products for sale, and these products are competitive.

    At the same time, there is a strong ability to acquire traffic. After that, how can we let customers flow down?

    Our services and traditional retailers and electricity providers must be integrated. The understanding of the industry basically reached a consensus. However, there are many contradictions in the process of integration.

    The electricity supplier pays attention to the retailers under the line, one is the flow and experience under the line.
