Chang Jianming, executive vice chairman of the China Textile Engineering Society, made a "report on the work of the twenty-fourth Council" to the general assembly. The General Assembly elected 198 members of the twenty-fifth board of directors, and convened the first meeting of the twenty-fifth Council of the China Textile Engineering Society.
