By the end of the year, many awards and commendation activities have been held in the industry.
The author has participated in several commendation activities recently. After the excitement, I feel quite touched.

The national textile industry management innovation achievement award, organized by the enterprise management association, has been selected for the fourth session this year, and its grades and scale have been upgraded.
The author has the honor to participate as a judge, and has a deeper understanding and understanding of the participating enterprises.
Judging from the current selection of enterprises, each of them has its own characteristics. Each has its own experience, and its results are impressive.
Dezhou Hengfeng has achieved win-win results through the crowd raising mode, the excavation of Leadership Innovation in Dalian, the deep ploughing of the triple link industrial services, the production performance management oriented by IOT technology, the meticulous management of all the staff involved in the Mianyang Jia Lian.
Some of them are original management innovations, others are improvements to the proven management modes. Though different models, they are proved effective by practice, and worthy of promotion and reference.
Innovation is a very tall word, but it is easy to be self defeating.
As Wang Tiankai, President of the China Federation of textile industry, said, the meaning of innovation is very broad, not only refers to the subversive reform, but also learn from other excellent experiences and combine their own characteristics, and conform to their own management mode of coping with the current industry situation, which can be called innovation.
We can dig out several innovative enterprises in the annual selection and promote the demonstration in the whole industry.

The Brand Strategy Promotion Committee's 2015 China Textile and clothing brand story selection was launched for the first time this year.
Nearly 60 brand stories have been screened, which are all inclusive, colorful and dazzling.
Whether traditional brands such as Bosideng, Heng Yuan Xiang, Luo Meng, seven wolves, Lining, Hongdu, love, or emerging brands such as Weiyun, Jiangnan Buyi, outline, Ray Tibor, Xi Lang, Liang Zi, Si Fan, or textile brands such as wood tooth science and technology, five ocean, Xin Hong, Tian Cai, Hong Tan and Si Ke, who begin to focus on brand promotion, they can give people a sense of clarity and perseverance in building brand direction and the joy and pride of achieving their dreams.
Limited to places, the final winners only have 10 brands, but the entanglement in the selection process is also a gratifying experience.

There is also the "textile light" in the Great Hall of the people in Beijing, 2015 China Textile Technology Education Award conference, commending the textile industry technology, education, skilled personnel, science and technology innovation talents and enterprises.
