    According to the regulations on paid annual leave for employees: the cumulative employment of employees has been less than 10 years for 1 years, and the annual leave is 5 days; the 10 year's less than 20 years' annual leave is 10 days; the annual vacation of 20 years is 15 days.

    According to the notice of the workers and staff members of the state enterprises on the request for marriage and funeral leave and journey leave: when the immediate family members of the workers are killed, the administrative leaders of the unit shall be allowed to grant a holiday for one to three days as appropriate, and when the immediate relatives of the workers in the field are killed, they may also give a distance based on their distance.

    Whether the workers can get the vacation conditions is entirely controlled by the unit itself. If the unit is not implemented, the labor department is also very difficult to investigate.
