The basic situation of consumer complaints in February was: 41 goods consumed, accounting for 54.67% of the total consumer complaints.

Among them, 12 complaints were made in the Department of daily use, accounting for 29.27% of the total consumption.

Service consumption is 34, accounting for 45.33% of the total consumer complaints.

Among them, 11 residents served, accounting for 32.35% of the total consumption of services, ranking first.

In February, consumers complained more about the Department of daily use.

Among them, complaints about clothing, shoes and caps are more concentrated. The main problems are: cracking, spinning, pilling, etc.

Complaints about household electronics and electrical appliances have remained high in the past two months. Complaints from consumers are that businesses are persuading consumers to pay for the purchase of goods in full terms, such as price concessions and tight commodity, and then tell consumers that they can't arrive on time.

In February, consumer complaints about residents' services were the focus of service consumption, focusing on hairdressing, fitness, laundry, photography and printing. Most of the problems were related to stored value cards.

The specific situation is: after consumers have handled a certain amount of value cards, businesses suddenly shut down or do not pfer them, causing consumers not to use them when the stored value cards are not consumed; when they are insufficient in the value cards of hairdresser shops and beauty shops, they can not be paid in cash; they need to deposit the fixed amount before they can be used; merchants promise to store the value cards in all branches, but the branches and general stores have different opinions, consumers can not be used in actual consumption.

The 12315 command center of the city recommends that consumers should sign a written agreement with the merchants when booking services or handling various stored value cards, clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, and sign by the two sides to ensure that they are effective.
