In the first place issued by the entry-exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau, the regional certificate of origin has a strong growth momentum, a total of 3341, with an amount of US $104 million 926 thousand and 200, an increase of 61.4% and 57.06% over the same period last year.

At the same time, the proportion of certificates of origin and total amount of certificates of origin has increased significantly, from 32.85% and 38.57% last year to 48.27% and 55.02% in March.

It is reported that the growth of certificates of origin is mainly due to the promotion of China's free trade area strategy.

In recent years, China has signed free trade agreements with ASEAN, Chile, Switzerland, South Korea, Australia and other countries and regions. Tariff reductions and exemptions have been made for some goods on both sides of the agreement, and the export of South China's exports to such countries has increased significantly.

The preferential certificate of origin of preferential treatment vouchers is increasingly favored by the export enterprises of the South China Sea.

According to the data, 2144 copies of the GSP certificate of origin issued by the South China Sea amounted to 2 billion 381 million US dollars, down 23.81% and 24.68% compared with the same period last year.

According to the introduction, the GSP "graduation clause" is fully implemented.

The decline in traditional export products of the South China Sea, such as ceramics and sanitary ware, is the main reason for the reduction of GSP certificate of origin.

In addition, 1436 copies of the certificate of origin were issued in the first three months of the South China Sea entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau, with an amount of US $2530.94468, representing an increase of 1.34% and -3.15%.

According to statistics, the South China Sea has issued 1208 copies of the certificate of origin of the China ASEAN Free Trade Zone in the first three months, with a total amount of $45 million 374 thousand and 900, up 2.46% and 9.23% over the same period, 92 copies of the certificate of origin in the China Peru free trade area, with a sum of 4 million 155 thousand and 800 dollars, up 13.58 and 67.018% over the same period.

The certificate of origin of the China Australia FTA, which came into effect in December 20th last year, amounted to 1183 US dollars, and the amount of US $31 million 542 thousand and 900. The certificate of origin of China South Korea free trade area is 129, with an amount of US $2 million 565 thousand.

To ensure smooth customs clearance and preferential tariff treatment, the South China Sea entry-exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau has taken various measures to facilitate visa and assist the South China Sea to create a smooth international market.

On the basis of last year's implementation of integrated visa, expansion of applicants' scope, filing, visa application, cancellation of annual examination, paperless visa and other reforms, this year, the management system of the certificate of origin visa is implemented. 99% of the visa products in the South China Sea area are listed on the list of sensitive products.
