The export volume increased from 35% in the first quarter of 2011 to the first quarter of 2016, and Vietnam became the sixth largest supplier of textiles and clothing in the EU.

Vietnam's exports to the EU account for 2.84% of Vietnam's textile and clothing exports, and exports account for 3.57% of total exports.

In the first quarter of 2016, the unit price of textile and clothing exports rose to 5.4% from Vietnam to the EU. This shows that Vietnam's exports to the EU are mainly of high quality.
