And facing the increasingly fierce competition in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and other places, the rising cost of logistics and the extreme shortage of design talents, the survival space of Chongqing garment enterprises is getting smaller and smaller, and the road is narrowing away.

In the view of Chaotianmen's clothing business owners, if these problems can not be effectively resolved, the future development of Chongqing's clothing industry will be greatly restricted.

But to solve the problems existing in the industry and rely on individual enterprises to fight alone and unable to achieve them, Chongqing garment industry urgently needs a new platform to lead small and scattered Chongqing garment enterprises to join forces to get out of the difficult position.

Then, in 2013, under the strategic guidance of the famous Chinese strategic think tank "Shanghai Wang Zhi Gang studio", the 28 vice president units of Chongqing Chaotianmen market Garment Enterprise Association took the lead together, and jointly invested and set up an investment service platform, Chongqing Shang Meng Industrial Co., Ltd., aiming at creating the "Shang Meng Chongqing Fashion Industrial Park", thus innovating the new pattern of garment industry development and promoting the upgrading of the garment industry in Chongqing.

Tang said that throughout the world's experience in the development of the clothing industry, the competition in the clothing industry ultimately depended on the competition of the whole industry chain.

Chongqing garment industry needs to reinvigorate its momentum or seize the new opportunity to jump. It is urgent for pattern innovation to build a public platform for supporting the whole industry chain and developing cluster.

Therefore, what Shang alliance wants to do is to integrate domestic and foreign resources and build an international garment full industry chain, so as to fill the gap of Chongqing apparel industry chain and boost the pformation, upgrading, quality and efficiency of the garment industry.
