Wang Qiuxiong's first step is to set up kindergartens in order to keep people. The second step is to train employees.
In the days when the government did not require safety helmets, Wang Qiuxiong asked employees to wear helmets for riding motorcycles.

His biggest bet on talent is to insist on staying in Taiwan and dare to say no to Nike when it comes to crisis. It not only establishes Fengtai's "doing well" line, but also improves Taiwan's shoe making industry.

Feng Tai's big client Nike also asked Feng Tai to leave, but Wang Qiuxiong did not want to.
Despite Wang Qiuxiong's insistence, knight decided to give him a helping hand, and continued the order of high price shoes to Fengtai, Taiwan. He knew that the higher the unit price, the higher the cost of absorbing higher labor costs.

At that time, behind the Jordan shoes exported from Yunlin Dou 6 to the rest of the world, Wang Qiuxiong, who actually focused on his feelings, was reluctant to give up the story of Taiwan.
Knight supported him for 10 years, and it was not until 2000 that Fengtai finished the production line in Taiwan.
Wang Qiuxiong's reluctance to give up also led to the Nike supply chain in Taiwan.
The aromatization chemical industry will step into the cause of leather making for shoes. Nike's glue 70% uses Nan Bao resin, all because of Wang Qiuxiong's suggestion.
Convince Nike to set up R & D center in Taiwan.
"I am worried that one day I will wake up, Nike is a huge monster, and Fengtai is just a radish, and it will never be an equal buyer and seller.
"Wang Qiuxiong spent 4 years trying to get Nike to set up the first overseas research and design center in Fengtai, and also provide a place for Nike employees to work. Fengtai has an area called Nike Zone inside, and only Nike employees can enter and enter.

37 years ago, Wang Qiuxiong set aside 10% of the enterprise surplus to set up exclusive kindergartens for employees. The registration fee was only 5500 yuan per semester.
Today, the first batch of Fengtai babies in Fengtai kindergarten has been director of Fengtai.
