According to the plan, a total of 20 million ingots were built in Xinjiang. Liu Qin told reporters: "Korla plans 10 million ingots."

"As of the end of July, we have built and put into operation 2 million 800 thousand spindles and 4 million 500 thousand spindles in the spinning project.

Liu Qin told reporters: "at present, the 7 phases of the first phase and the two phase of the Jin Fu 1 million 500 thousand ingot spinning project have all been put into operation, with 162 airfield spinning machines 64800 heads and 20 swirl spinning machines with 1920 heads, equivalent to 1 million 150 thousand ingot production capacity.

At the end of the year, 2 workshops will be put into production. By the end of the year, 1 million 500 thousand spindles will be produced, which will form the largest production base of air spinning in the country. After putting into operation, there will be 300 thousand ton / year scale of high quality yarns, such as viscose yarn, viscose cotton blended yarn, pure cotton high count yarn and so on. The total investment of Li Tai Silk Road 100 yuan Wan Wan spinning project will be 3 billion 400 million yuan, and 7 7 square meter factory buildings will be built to form 600 thousand spindles of air spinning and 400 thousand spindles of ring spinning production scale.

Now 5 workshops have been put into production, and the scale is about 80 "ten thousand spindles."

"High" starting point: first class enterprises + first class equipment + first class treatment

Bazhou Jinfu special yarn industry Co., Ltd. is the first spinning enterprise to enter the Development Zone, mainly producing all kinds of viscose yarn.

Liu Qin told reporters that the company landed in Korla at the beginning of the 2014 year, but at that time, Xinjiang did not begin to introduce preferential policies to vigorously develop the textile and garment industry.

After that, with the introduction of various preferential policies and the rising prices of viscose yarn, the operation of Bazhou Jinfu has been very good.

Liu Qin told reporters that Fuli now produces 40 tons of viscose staple fiber annually, which is the first enterprise in the world to produce the single plant. Besides the main supply of gold and rich, it also supplies another large enterprise, Xinjiang Fuli Zhen Lun cotton spinning Co., Ltd.

Xinjiang Fuli Zhen Lun Cotton Textile Co., Ltd. is jointly invested by Bazhou Fulun Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Xinjiang Zhongtai chemical Limited by Share Ltd, Xinjiang Fuli Fiber Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Zhen Lun Cotton Textile Co., Ltd.

Entering the workshop of Fuli Zhen Lun, it is completely a model project of modern manufacturing industry: clean and tidy working environment, orderly working atmosphere, neat and uniform advanced equipment.

Fan Bin, executive deputy general manager of Fuli Zhen Lun, told reporters: "the main processes of the yarn production are controlled by DCS, PLC and so on. They have the characteristics of large capacity, continuity and high automation, and fully comply with the direction of the current spinning technology development.

At the same time, the equipment imported by the company is world-class, such as Germany's tluisle combing and online testing drawing frame, Ou Ruikang blessing automatic rotor spinning machine, Japanese Murata automatic winding machine and eddy spinning machine, as well as Swiss Loire air conditioning system.

Fuli Zhen Lun almost all employees are local people in Xinjiang, some of them are from the local textile mills, and Wang Jinxin, the logistics director of Fuli Zhen Lun, is one of them.

Wang Jinxin told reporters: "when the project was completed, I walked into the workshop and was totally dumbfounded. I didn't expect that the textile equipment is advanced to this extent, which is quite different from the real cotton spinning factory I was in before."

Fuli Zhen Lun in Korla project total investment of 4 billion yuan, after the completion of production, annual production of viscose yarn, viscose cotton blended yarn, cotton high count yarn and other high quality yarn 30 million tons, then will become the world's largest regenerated cellulose fiber yarn production base, sales exceeded 5 billion yuan.

In addition to Fuli Zhen Lun, another large investment enterprise in Korla is the Li Tai Silk Road Investment Limited under the Jiangsu gold group.

As early as reporters came to Korla, Jiangsu gold's investment in Xinjiang has been a "mythical" existence of the national textile industry. Wang Yaowu, vice president of the company, told reporters: "in Korla, we plan to build 600 million yuan ingots and 4 million ingots in Kuitun."

In Wang Yaowu's words, Kim's investment in Xinjiang has three main characteristics.

The first is intelligent manufacturing: "the equipment currently deployed by the company comes from the world's most first-class equipment, such as Germany and Italy.

The second is green manufacturing: "we start spinning in Xinjiang, starting from the cotton field and controlling the quality from the source.

Our cotton has been certified by BCI, and there are not only UAVs in the field, but also sensors in the field.

In the future, we must strengthen our in-depth cooperation with the world green organizations and fully implement the main ideas of green manufacturing in economic development.

The third is win win manufacturing: "in fact, Li Tai is in Xinjiang to make a platform," Wang Yaowu explained to reporters the main idea of the platform.

Simply speaking, Li Tai will rely on the scale effect of Xinjiang's large capacity to build a platform for the supply of cotton yarn. This platform will be built from cotton cultivation to cotton yarn production and price completely, so as to create a brand platform, achieve strategic cooperation, and ultimately achieve a mutually beneficial and win-win situation.

It should be said that first-class enterprises and first-class equipment constitute a high starting point for the textile industry in Korla. In addition, it is worth mentioning that these enterprises also provide first-class treatment for employees when they invest heavily in hardware.

In Xinjiang, people are the key to running a factory, and how to retain people is the key.

The reporter learned that more than 70% of the employees of Li Tai Road were graduates from the five provinces in the northwest, and 60% of them were Xinjiang nationality. Their qualifications were relatively high and their qualities were relatively high.

Li Tai Road provides a single room for everyone in this group, and kitchen and toilet are all available. Such treatment is rare in the mainland.

Wang Yaowu said, "some of our colleagues are not convinced about the goal of recruiting employees. The fact has proved that the recruitment plan is basically completed according to expectations. "Full" industrial chain: the eleven major categories are downstream.

Jin Fu, Fuli Zhen Lun and Li Tai Silk Road three enterprises were stationed in Korla Development Zone last year. The steady development of these projects is the cornerstone of Korla's textile industry.

Liu Qin told reporters: "according to the policy guidance and development ideas of the autonomous region for all States, we are still very clear about the future direction of Korla, and we must develop the whole industrial chain."

However, Liu Qin also said: "in the process of extending the industry to the downstream, we feel that it is more difficult than before.

On the one hand, far from Xinjiang, the supporting conditions are not very mature; on the other hand, many enterprises even see the business opportunities in Xinjiang, but there are financing difficulties. In addition, there is a lack of skilled technicians in the territory, whether in training or attracting talents, etc. we still have deficiencies, and the preferential policies currently introduced, the advantages for the downstream industry are not very obvious, many enterprises are in a wait-and-see state.

Liu Qin, for example, "for example, chemical fiber, we have the large aromatic hydrocarbon of Urumqi petrochemical, PTA of China and Thailand, and BDO of Meck chemical.

Although there are raw materials, but there is no downstream weaving factory, now talking about several large chemical fiber enterprises have not yet landed.

The investment of chemical fiber plant can not be too small, too small and expensive, but it is too big to digest, so everyone is watching.
